• Appropriate salary levels, regulated working conditions, and a collegial work environment form the basis for our internal teamwork 
• Bicycle, public transit, and car sharing are used to cover longer distances. Pos architects Ursula Schneider and Fritz Oettl live in a car-free household.
• Only fair-trade and organically grown food products are used in our office. Waste separation, paper recycling, and the use of biodegradable cleaning materials are a matter of course.
